We source fresh spices, blend them into our signature protein rubs and seasoning blends, create marinades from scratch, and NEVER use store-bought options.
❤️Made With Love, Not Corners — To maintain the highest quality, we operate with a weekly order cutoff on Thursday evening for Monday delivery. While this means turning away from more total orders, we choose quality over quick bucks so every meal you receive is top-notch.
🚚 Fresh Delivery Weekly — We deliver delicious Southern-flavored meal prep straight to your door every Monday (2:00–6:00 PM), so you can start your week the Memphis way. Orders MUST BE placed by Thursday for Monday delivery. Pickup is also available during the same timeframe
