Que’s Sweet Heat was built from a simple idea: serve bold, memorable food that brings people together. Founded by Robert and Linda in Memphis, Tennessee, the business began as a hands-on, family-owned culinary operation focused on catering, food truck service, and custom dining experiences. Through local events, private gatherings, and community connections, they built a reputation for flavour-forward cooking rooted in Southern comfort, BBQ tradition, fresh seafood, and island-inspired influences.
As their customer base grew, so did the demand for meals people could enjoy beyond special events. Busy professionals and families who loved their food wanted the same quality and flavour during the week WITHOUT having to cook or rely on takeout. With a commercial kitchen already in place and years of experience serving Memphis through catering and their food truck, expanding into weekly meal prep was a natural next step.
Today, Que’s Sweet Heat brings the same chef-driven approach to convenient, ready-to-enjoy meals prepared fresh each week. Robert and Linda’s mission is simple: give Memphis a better way to eat during the week — real food, packed with Southern flavour, crafted by experienced chefs, and ready whenever you need it.
