How do I place an order?
Simply choose meals from our categories (BBQ Meal Prep, Seafood Meal Prep, Southern Comfort Meal Prep, Caribbean-Inspired Specials, Weekly Meal Plans), select your Monday pickup between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and complete checkout. New weekly menus rotate to keep bold, Memphis-style flavors fresh and exciting.

Our primary service area is the Memphis area. Pickup is available in Memphis, with delivery options outlined at checkout for eligible neighborhoods as part of weekly meal plans.

What kind of meals do you offer?
We serve chef-prepared, customizable dishes made with premium ingredients and crafted for both taste and style. Each menu is designed to reflect your unique preferences.
How are the meals packaged?
Each meal comes in a 10–14 oz portion, sealed for freshness and convenience.
Are your meals fresh or frozen?
All meals are delivered fresh and ready to heat, never frozen.
Heating
How do I heat the meals?
Meals are fully cooked, simply microwave for 2–3 minutes or heat in the oven until warm.
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them for longer shelf life.
Delivery
When will my meals be delivered?
We deliver every Monday between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. You can also pick up your food during the same time period.
